Your reflective space
Therapists often bring a mix of clinical and personal challenges into supervision. This can include feeling stuck with a client, questioning their approach, or navigating complex relational dynamics within the work. Many also bring experiences of self-doubt, anxiety about “getting it right”, or the emotional impact of holding others’ stories over time. Burnout, boundaries, and balancing the demands of the work are also common themes.
Develop confidence
Feeling grounded and confident in your practice is paramount. Our supervision helps you achieve this.
Deepen understanding
Explore complex cases and deepen your understanding of therapeutic dynamics.
Safe exploration
A reflective and collaborative space to explore experiences safely and without judgement.
Supervision that supports you.
In supervision, I offer a reflective and collaborative space where these experiences can be explored safely and without judgement. Rather than focusing on “right or wrong”, the work centres on developing your own clinical judgement, deepening understanding, and supporting you to feel more grounded and confident in your practice.
Experience-led supervision
My 14+ years of experience across adult services, school-based counselling (11–18), and EAP work means I’ve supported a wide range of clients and presenting issues, often within time-limited or high-pressure contexts. This has shaped a supervision style that is both grounded and flexible, recognising the realities of the work as it is, not just how it is “meant” to be.
Ethical and authentic practice
Being BACP-accredited also informs a strong ethical foundation, with attention to boundaries, responsibility, and safe practice, while still holding space for uncertainty and the complexity that often comes with therapeutic work. In practice, this means supervision is not about applying rigid models or finding the “right” answer, but about supporting you to think, reflect, and develop your own clinical judgement in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
