I work relationally, which means we pay attention to patterns. The ones shaped in early relationships. The ones that show up in identity, boundaries and emotional regulation. The ones that make sense when we slow down enough to really see them.
My work is neurodiversity affirming and rooted in compassion, honesty and emotional safety. I am not interested in fixing you. I am interested in understanding you.
Novella was named with intention. It holds together two important parts of my own story and represents connection, meaning and the threads that run between us. That sense of holding things gently sits at the heart of my work.
